Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Change Manager
with a strong foundation in
Project Management
within the
Automotive Software
domain. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of change requests, ensuring alignment with project goals, engineering feasibility, and customer requirements. This role demands excellent stakeholder coordination, analytical capabilities, and a thorough understanding of
Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)
processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the
 Change Request (CR)
 process across multiple automotive software programs.
- Validate and assess incoming change requests in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and program management teams to analyze the impact of CRs.
- Organize and drive
 Change Control Board (CCB)
 meetings to evaluate, approve, or reject CRs.
- Maintain and publish
 bug and change request dashboards
 using tools such as Power BI, Jira, and Codebeamer.
- Ensure traceability, documentation, and compliance of all changes with ASPICE and project-specific standards.
- Track and report CR metrics including turnaround time, approval rate, and implementation progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, requirement engineers, and quality teams for seamless integration of approved changes.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining structured change management documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
 Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field
 .
- 12–18 years of experience in
 automotive software development
 , including a minimum of
 6+ years in project or release management
 roles.

- Strong expertise in
 Project Management
 within the Automotive Software domain.
- Proven experience in
 Change Request Handling
 ,
 Risk Assessment
 , and
 Stakeholder Coordination
 .
- Deep understanding of
 Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)
 and
 Quality Management Systems
 .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as
 Jira Devstack, Confluence, Power BI, DOORS, Codebeamer, release42, and Function42
 .
- Demonstrated experience in leading
 CCB meetings
 and managing change workflows in complex automotive projects.
