Business Development & Channel Partner Specialist
, you will play a pivotal role in
expanding our B2B presence, onboarding franchise partners, and driving channel sales
across diverse industries.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with
deep B2B sales experience, strong networks, and proven success in developing distributors/franchisees
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard
    franchise partners and channel distributors
    across India.
  • Build and nurture strong networks with
    corporates, real estate developers, fleet operators, malls, hotels, and fuel stations
    .
  • Negotiate and close
    franchise contracts and high-value B2B deals
    .
  • Develop and implement
    channel partner strategies
    to accelerate EV charging adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for
    smooth project execution, marketing support, and training
    .
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure
    ROI-driven growth for both brand and franchisees
    .

Key Skills & Experience

  • 7–15 years in
    B2B sales
    (energy, solar, electrical products, industrial equipment, or infrastructure).
  • Strong
    networking ability
    with decision-makers in corporate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in
    channel/distributor/franchise development
    .
  • Excellent
    negotiation, relationship management, and large account handling
    skills.
  • Exposure to
    EV ecosystem, renewable energy, or automotive industry
    is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • MBA/PGDM
    in Sales, Marketing, or International Business will be an added advantage.
