Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Understand clients' requirements and present suitable services/solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients for continuous business growth.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities and client communication.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Represent the company in meetings, online demos, and client discussions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of IT services, web development, or digital solutions.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
