Job Description:

The Business Development Executive is an energetic self-starter that will be accountable for business development and sales for a fitness equipment manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate is a goal-driven individual who is comfortable working with defined sales targets that align with the strategic business plan. This individual will be responsible for, defining & managing the sales process, end to end. This includes responsibility for new business development (prospecting, proposing, and closing), coordinating ongoing sales, developing and executing marketing initiatives, and assisting in various other business development activities at OnTrackYou.

Position Summary:

OnTrackYou Gym & Fitness is hiring passionate individuals that can sell exercise equipment to masses, while providing amazing customer service. You'll need to understand the company culture & values and how to incorporate that in the sales process.

What a Candidate should do:

  • Training self with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Acquiring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Creating business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Go over clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chhani, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

  • Hindi, English (Preferred)
