Role & responsibilities

  • Maintaining customer records within ERP Software named as 4QT.
  • Processing of entire new booking within the software.
  • Reconciliation of Customers Statement of Account with A/C's Deptt on monthly/Quarterly basis.
  • Responding e-mail's for any escalations or queries within time lines.
  • Handling walk-in customers at our corporate office for any project specific queries related to Residential or Commercial project for Payments, Allotment, Agreements, Assured Returns, Pre-Leasing, Maintenance, etc.
  • Taking care of registry process.
  • Making reports as per management requirements.
  • Preparing Builder Buyer Agreements, Raising Demand Letters, Reminder Letters, Lease Agreements, Cancellation Letters, etc. for Commercials units.
  • Possession Process with final settlement of accounts in relation to interest settlement etc. and providing final Note of NOC from the CRM Department to A/C's Department.
  • Monitoring Dispatch of important documents from the CRM department.
  • Handling and processing Transfer cases, Cancelation and Refund after Settlement.

Have gained good hands on ERP, MS Office 2007 (Excel & Word) for overall working and process within real estate sector while managing good customer relations and team spirit

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation with prior experience in real estate industry.
