**CRM Executive**

**Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month**

**Location: Sector-11, Panchkula**

**Time: 10 am
- 6pm (Monday
- Saturday)**

A reputed pharmaceutical company dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products in India, seeks **CRM Executive **to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing strategies to meet customer needs, handling complaints, and enhancing customer experiences through various campaigns and team management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative approaches to meet customer needs.
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate interactions between customers and relevant team members.
- Execute retention and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for improved customer experience.
- Assist in leading and managing a team, providing guidance and support.
- Aid in training and development initiatives.
- Implement operational policies and procedures in line with management.
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Manage communication channels effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CRM or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations is advantageous.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
