We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in building relationships with brands, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects, present offerings, and build strong initial relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (media, advertising, OOH, or digital industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
