We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in building relationships with brands, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects, present offerings, and build strong initial relationships.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to convert leads.
- Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Proactively follow up with clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (media, advertising, OOH, or digital industry preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
