Content Marketing Manager

About the role:
We're looking for a data-driven Content Marketing Manager who can design and execute a full-funnel content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and a qualified pipeline. You'll own the content engine end-to-end, from planning and production to optimization and measurement, ensuring every piece aligns with growth and revenue goals.
Primary goal
Educate and attract our target audience through high-quality, SEO-optimized, and conversion-oriented content.
Core responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning:
Build and manage a content calendar mapped to key funnel stages and personas (brand marketers & agencies). - Content Production:
Write and edit blogs, case studies, thought-leadership pieces, product updates, and social content that drive organic growth and conversions. - SEO Integration:
Collaborate with the SEO & GEO Specialist to align content with keyword strategy, topical clusters, and internal linking architecture. - Content Distribution:
Repurpose and distribute content across email, social, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement. - Sales Enablement:
Convert customer success stories and performance data into sales-ready assets (one-pagers, decks, and proof points). - Automation & Nurture:
Manage newsletters and email nurture sequences via marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ). - Analytics & Optimization:
Track content performance across metrics: CTR, time on page, MQL attribution and optimize using insights from GA4, Search Console, and CRM data.
KPIs
- Organic traffic growth
(MoM and YoY) - MQLs generated
via content campaigns - Engagement metrics:
CTR, time on page, social shares - Keyword rankings
and domain authority improvement
What you'll bring
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or performance-driven content marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO frameworks, content analytics, and funnel measurement
- Proficiency in content management and analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, HubSpot, Notion, or equivalent)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, and design teams
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills
