Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced content marketing expert to join our Brand and Content team. This role sits at the intersection of financial expertise, creative storytelling, and strategic communication. You'll shape how India's most successful professionals engage with investment content while managing a team and driving multiple content channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute multi-format content strategies across written, video, and audio formats
• Create quick-turnaround content for market events and economic developments
• Write and oversee high-quality content writing including newsletters, social media posts, founder branding, email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Oversee presentations including the company's corporate overview deck, investor presentations, and event-specific decks
• Conceptualize and support video content initiatives and script development
• Lead special content projects including thought leadership reports and long-form publications

Podcasts & Webinars

• Identify and coordinate with high-profile podcast guests for the Create Wealth Podcast
• Research and prepare conversation outlines
• Execute webinars with internal stakeholders and external thought leaders

Public Relations & Communications

• Manage external PR agency relationships while owning PR metrics
• Draft press releases and prepare talking points for leadership
• Filter and prioritize media opportunities
• Prepare market commentary in collaboration with investment team
• Write award nominations and executive communications

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage a team of content writers
• Collaborate extensively with investment, product, and distribution teams
• Partner with design team for visual content needs
• Review and refine team output across all content formats

Innovation & Optimization

• Leverage AI tools to scale content production and reduce time-to-market
• Analyze content performance data to derive insights and iterate quickly
• Experiment with new content formats and distribution strategies
• Develop differentiated content for various customer lifecycle stages

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services or fintech content marketing
• Strong understanding of finance and capital markets
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality content on tight deadlines
• Experience with social media strategy and content distribution
• Track record of managing external agencies and vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in financial journalism or financial content writing
• Professional certifications like CA, CFA, RIA, or MBA in Finance
• Proficiency in prompt engineering for AI tools
