Job Title: Content Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to take our content to the next level with key buyers, influencers, and communities in compliance and risk management. With strong storytelling, strategic insights, and data-driven thinking, this role will shape our content, brand, and product identity, strengthen our presence, and promote our position as a thought leader. The environment is highly technical, and you will be expected to translate technical information into easily consumable content.
This role is ideal for an organised, creative, and strategic thinker who is excited by technology and innovation and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals and measurable success parameters.
- Plan and execute a comprehensive content calendar.
- Create, edit, proofread, publish, and promote industry-leading content such as white papers, research reports, eBooks, PR articles, blogs, website copy, emails, and partner marketing materials.
- Define and track content performance metrics, including audience growth, engagement, and reach.
- Maintain an ongoing editorial calendar to drive thought leadership, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure content consistency across all media and departments.
- Plan and develop multimedia content such as podcasts, webinars, videos, and social media.
- Align content strategy with customer buyer journeys and community interests, collaborating on technical content approaches.
- Manage internal and external content creation resources/agencies.
- Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of content marketing experience.
- Proven ability to develop compelling stories across content types and audience personas through written, spoken, and digital formats.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage content calendars, agencies, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical abilities, and editorial craftsmanship.
- Experience creating content for a variety of platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO and social media best practices, including social copywriting.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a track record of timely, high-quality execution.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the risk and compliance landscape is highly advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,500, ₹4,000,000.00 per year
