Manager Content Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content creation articles, tutorials, eBooks, infographics, video scripts, and more for specific categories
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual formatting across all content assets
- Ensure high-quality, authoritative content, written in pitch-perfect U.S. English, that builds trust through credible sourcing, expert insights, and relevant statistics with constant improvement in time-on-page, bounce rate, and user interaction metrics aligned with engagement goals.
- Drive content visibility on AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) through GEO—by optimizing for prompt-based queries, semantic relevance, and AI-first content formats.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in the EdTech, tech, or digital skilling domain
- Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and analytics-based content planning
- Strong understanding of Gen AI content creation tools and GEO.
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills across formats – blogs, tutorials, eBooks, video scripts, and more
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, content automation, and GenAI tools
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with aggressive traffic and conversion goals
What You'll Bring
- English fluency: Complete English fluency, and a proven track record of content marketing in English are non-negotiable requirements. If you don't have this, please don't bother applying for this position
- Portfolio: Strong samples across ad campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, CRM emails, and product launch assets
Skills:
Sharp writing and editing in the US English
- Ability to switch tones — from persuasive and performance-driven to brand-building and thought-leadership
A fair understanding of marketing funnels and digital campaign KPIs
Mindset:
Highly detail-oriented yet quick to turn around high-quality copy
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proactive, collaborative, and constantly looking for ways to raise the creative bar
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent preferred.
