Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and managing operations within the assigned zone. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the regional sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and meeting customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies
- People management skills, including team leadership, training, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, preferably within the critical care/ICU segment
- Analytical and decision-making skills to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and customer-centric approaches
- Ability to work onsite and manage operations in Lucknow
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus
