Designation: Asst Manager / Dy Manager Sales B2B & B2G (Project Sales)
Experience in years :8 -10 Years
Position Objective :
Candidate will be responsible for mapping B2G departments, generating Sales & getting approval in projects for all Panasonic products. They must build relations with the Private Influences like Architects, Electrical Contractors & department officials ensure that Panasonic gets approved & establish a preference for Panasonic products.
Principal Responsibility:
- Should have strong connections with government departments like PWD, CPWD, MES, Railways, and Electricity Boards etc and generate sales.
- Candidates with established networks among architects, electrical consultants, contractors, builders, and interior designers would be ideal.
- Responsible for approvals in department & Generation business for Power & Lighting Projects business in a defined region.
- Alignment and contributing to achieve Zonal/Regional growth objectives.
- Active discussion with Product groups and marketing on pricing, new products, customized requirements and various marketing inputs for future growth.
- Collaboration with marketing, BU & other business units for products, documentations & any other details which are required for approvals in Govt departments
- Identification & approval in high visibility & high value Govt projects. Ensuring that the sale is closed by Panasonic team in collaboration with sales.
- Responsible for conducting user engagement meets and training program for relevant stakeholders.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Product Knowledge of LED Lighting, Switch & Socket, Switch gear Distribution Boards, Wires & Cables, Conduit Pipe, Metal box and other electrical goods.
- Electrical Market Knowledge
Formal Education:
- B.E + MBA / Degree + MBA Preferred
Key Competencies:
- Experience in projects business of building material industry and should have handled B2G Customers (must). Should have been working on taking approvals & specifications in Govt departments
- Should have strong connect with influencers to generate sales.
- Candidate should have positive attitude, self-starter, and flair of sales, willingness to travel and learn.
- Proficient in MS Office for MIS report analysis and reporting. CRM Tools like sales force.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Languages: Excellent command on Spoken and Written English.
