The Position

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and correcting both provisional and full specification of the patent working with chemist
• STN search for novelty
• Office actions, amendment, renewal fees, etc. for all the filed patents
• Drafting agreement/contract and follow up of the same
• Periodically checking the patent landscape of the targets currently being perused
• Collating documents for the IND filing and working with IND consultant
• Maintaining a tracker of all the patents, status and further process
• Management of Lab note books which includes periodical audit (both paper and e-note books) and maintaining a tracker of all the lab note books
• Communicating with external attorneys and tracking of proper payments and invoices.

Person Profile
Qualification: -

• M.Sc Chemistry with diploma or degree in patent (IPR)

Experience: -

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
