Junior Advocate

Lexameet Professional's LLPis looking to hire Advocate with 2 years experience in Lucknow Office.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
*Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and mediation sessions;
*Provide legal advice to clients and assist them in understanding their legal rights and obligations;
*Conduct legal research to support clients' cases and prepare legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings;
*Negotiate on behalf of clients and settle disputes outside of court when possible;
*Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met;
*Attend networking events and other industry events to promote the firm and expand the client base.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in law from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil, consumer, labour and industrial laws, and IPR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
