About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Product UX Designer with strong FinTech expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying complex workflows, designing intuitive digital products, and delivering impactful experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for FinTech and enterprise products.

- Translate business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

- Create design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for consistency across platforms.

- Advocate for design thinking and contribute to shaping product strategy through design insights.

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.

- Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, particularly in the FinTech domain.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Proven experience in designing FinTech applications, dashboards, and transaction-heavy systems.

- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

- Ability to create low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.

- Experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.

- Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
