About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product UX Designer with strong FinTech expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying complex workflows, designing intuitive digital products, and delivering impactful experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process for FinTech and enterprise products.
  • Translate business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Create design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for consistency across platforms.

Required Skillsets

  • Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Ability to create low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
  • Experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
