Roles and Responsibilities:
Franchise Development: Identify and target potential franchisees, both individuals and organizations, who align with the company's values and possess the necessary resources to successfully operate a franchise.

Sales and Marketing: Execution of effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the franchise opportunity and attract potential investors by coordinating with Asst. Manager sales. This may include participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase the franchise offerings.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential franchisees through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts, Nurturing relations with existing franchise owners for taking further references.

Consultative Selling: Guide prospective franchisees through the sales process, providing them with comprehensive information about the franchise model, investment requirements, operational support, and potential returns on investment. Offer insights and guidance to help potential investors make informed decisions.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential franchisees, addressing their concerns, and addressing any obstacles or objections that may arise during the sales process. Close franchise agreements and facilitate the onboarding process for new franchisees.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective franchisees, serving as a primary point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and ongoing support needs. Provide guidance and assistance to franchisees to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion. Conduct thorough market research to assess the viability of potential locations and markets for new franchises.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales conversions. Work closely with Asst. Manager Sales and Generate regular reports outlining sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for management review

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchising, real estate, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the franchising industry or managing franchise operations.
- Knowledge of franchise laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Certification in sales or franchising.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
