About the PodcastWiredIN  is a curiosity-driven podcast hosted by Saanand Warrier - a space where conversations explore people, ideas, culture, and perspectives across all domains. Each episode aims to spark discovery, provoke thought, and create content that travels across platforms in multiple formats.We are looking for a full-time powerhouse who can own the entire post-production content pipeline from extracting insights to scripting, clipping, repurposing, scheduling, and distributing content across all platforms.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for taking every recorded conversation and transforming it into high-performing, platform-specific content. You will own the full distribution cadence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter),Spotify/Apple Podcasts show notes, newsletters, and blogs.Your north star: consistency and engagement across all channels.Key Responsibilities1. Content Extraction & Episode UnderstandingAttend and/or watch every podcast recording.Understand conversations deeply to extract themes, insights, and story arcs.Identify clip-worthy and viral-worthy moments for the video editors.Build narrative breakdowns for each episode.2. Content Repurposing (Multi-Format)Repurpose every episode into the following formats:Long-form LinkedIn postsTwitter/X threadsInstagram reels & posts (captions, hooks, prompts)YouTube titles, descriptions, chapter markersShort-form TikTok-style captionsSpotify & Apple Podcasts show notesBlog-style summaries & newslettersSubstack essaysYouTube Community posts3. Distribution & Content Calendar ManagementCreate a detailed monthly and weekly content calendar across all platforms.Schedule 1–2 posts every day across relevant channels.Ensure consistency in posting, tone, frequency, and platform strategy.Manage distribution end-to-end: ideation → drafting → approval → scheduling → posting.4. Writing & Brand VoiceWrite in a tone that matches the Other World brand: curious, reflective, conversational, sharp.Follow a strict writing guideline and submit drafts for approval before publishing.Adapt writing style to each platform's nuance (LinkedIn longform, Twitter snappiness, YouTube SEO-friendly descriptions).Build a "voice of Saanand" guide over time through observation.5. Collaboration & Creative OperationsWork closely with video editors to brief clips, provide timestamps, and align hooks.Suggest content angles, episode hooks, and distribution ideas based on trends.Coordinate with design/edit teams for thumbnails, clip formats, and visuals.Own the final output quality across all platforms.6.
