Role Description

Your Role (aka what ChatGPT would tell you if you searched "What does a podcast producer do?" )

You'll be the behind-the-scenes genius who helps bring every episode to life.

Expect to wear multiple hats, creative, conversational, and occasionally chaos-manager.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate podcast recordings (with some truly interesting people).
  • Assist in recording sessions and make sure everything sounds crisp and chaos-free.
  • Use tools like
    Premiere Pro
    or
    Audacity
    (Not Mandatory).
  • Help create highlight clips, reels, and episode descriptions that pop.
  • Manage communication with guests and the team (be the people-first person you are)

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication in English (Tamil is a plus).
  • Interest in
    startups and storytelling
    — big advantage if you binge startup content.
  • Comfortable with creative tools like Premiere Pro, Audacity, or similar.
  • Friendly, proactive, and someone who enjoys working with people.
  • Ability to learn fast, laugh often, and manage deadlines like a pro.
