We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our real estate media team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual storytelling ability, hands-on experience in property shoot production, and technical skills in video editing and podcast recording/editing. You will be responsible for producing engaging property walkthroughs, promotional content, corporate videos, and podcast episodes that align with the company's branding and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography (Real Estate):


• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality real estate videos — including property walkthroughs, client testimonials, project launches, and lifestyle visuals.


• Capture drone footage, interiors, and exteriors highlighting property features.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with campaigns.


• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and smooth camera movements for cinematic visuals.

Video Editing

:
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

.
• Add text overlays, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and background music

.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs

.
• Optimize videos for various platforms — YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and real estate listings

.

Podcast Productio

n:
• Set up and operate podcast recording equipment (audio and video

).
• Manage lighting, camera setup, and sound quality for in-studio or remote podcast shoot

• Edit podcast episodes (audio and video) — removing background noise, adding intros/outros, and syncing visual

• Coordinate with guests and hosts for smooth recording session

• Upload and publish podcasts on relevant platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.
