Videographer & Video Editor (3–4 yrs)

We're looking for
one multi-skilled creator
who can both
shoot and edit
high-quality, social-first video content for Duroflex (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, campaigns, etc.).

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Videographer & Editor based in Bengaluru.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and producing high-quality video content. Day-to-day tasks include managing video production, operating cameras, handling lighting setups, and shooting videos. Additionally, the role requires post-production editing to create compelling visual narratives and support the promotion of Duroflex and Sleepyhead brands.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, shoot and light video content for social + digital campaigns
  • Edit videos end-to-end (cut, sound, colour, basic motion graphics)
  • Use the
    latest editing tools
    (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci, etc.)
  • Experiment with
    AI-powered tools
    (auto-edits, cleanups, captions, grading, etc.) to speed up workflows
  • Collaborate with the social & content team to bring ideas to life

You should have:

  • 3–4 years
    of hands-on experience in video production & editing
  • Strong portfolio of
    social-first content
    (brand/influencer/agency work)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-friendly environment

    5 days
    work from Duroflex office
  • Compensation:
    Starting ₹7 LPA. Final remuneration is dependent on the candidate's skill.
