Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases through open market channels, developer partnerships, and connectors/DSAs.
  • Focus on the affordable housing segment with an average ticket size of up to ₹40 lakhs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developers, and customers to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the network to increase sourcing volumes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives.

Key Skills & Requirements :-

  • Graduate with 10 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Industry background: Housing Finance / Real Estate / Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing products and lending processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
