Medlius Pharma is a marketing division operating since 2017 from the cultural capital of **Maharashtra - Pune, also known as "Oxford of the East." We boast of a strong market presence in the largest states of India like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu Kashmir & Uttarakhand. These together help us to reach thousands of doctors and clinicians across India through dedicated sales team of medical representatives and distribution partners.
We cater Therapeutic segments like Infertility Management, Pregnancy & Lactation, Osteoarthritis Management, Pain & Inflammation Management, Paediatrics & geriatrics nutrition, Gastroenterology, Acute & Chronic infection and Cough & Cold Management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing Team, Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams and generating Orders.
- To explore the assigned territory and increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products to clients.
- Meeting retailers regularly to know the status of products.
- identifying and establishing new business.
- Responsible for complete sales cycle till the closure of the deals.
- Candidate will be responsible to achieve sales target assigned to the area , Brand wise every month.
- Ensure implementation of company strategies in the market place.
- Maintain high ethical values in the market place.
- Reporting to RSM for regular sales update
- Salary no bar for right candidate.
- Compensation best as per industry norms.
- Handsome Incentives and T.A. , D.A applicable
Qualifications and Skills
- Bsc, B. Pharma, B.com, M.sc, M. Pharma, M. com Graduate
- MBA/PGDM Pharma Management studies
- Candidate should have 5 plus years experience.
