We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and cold outreach.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their project requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and scope of work documents.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective planning, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Exceptional English communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app development services and technology stacks (e.g., React, , , Supabase).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
