Business Developer Manager

- Promote the school's IB programmes to local, national, and international communities.
- Travel to various locations to represent the school at education fairs, events, and promotional activities.
- Identify and develop relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns aimed at boosting admissions and visibility.
- Assist in organizing ,school tours, and information sessions for prospective parents and students.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor data to support strategic planning.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and activities.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and communication materials tailored to different audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident public speaker and presenter.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
