  • Promote the school's IB programmes to local, national, and international communities.
  • Travel to various locations to represent the school at education fairs, events, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and develop relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns aimed at boosting admissions and visibility.
  • Assist in organizing ,school tours, and information sessions for prospective parents and students.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor data to support strategic planning.
  • Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and communication materials tailored to different audiences.
  • to generate additional revenue and attract prospective students.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident public speaker and presenter.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the IB curriculum is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
