We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive (Intern)

About the Company**
Meravilla Poolcity is a fast-growing real estate developer specialising in premium pool villas, farmhouse plots, and weekend home projects near Mumbai. Our noted projects include Poolcity Blue Lagoon and other luxury residential developments.
Role: Business Development Executive – Intern
Location: Kailas Business Park, Vikhroli West, Mumbai
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on interview)
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days/week
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: Freshers with good communication can apply
Key Responsibilities
Engage potential clients and provide project information
Generate leads and manage follow-ups
Maintain CRM/Excel sheets and daily reports
Coordinate with sales team for site visits and meetings
Support overall Sales & Marketing activities
Skills Required
Good communication (Hindi/English)
Confident, proactive & eager to learn
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge
Interest in sales and real estate
