Job Description - Technical Support Executive (International)

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technology-related issues for our clients based in the EU, US, Canada, and Australia. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts covering 24x7 support, including night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries related to software, hardware, networks, and applications.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Regularly update knowledge base documents and training materials.
  • Maintain excellent service quality and meet established performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Strong technical aptitude, familiarity with various technologies, software, hardware, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technical skills.

Working Arrangement:

  • Hybrid mode: Flexible work arrangement with a combination of work from home and office attendance.
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace required for remote work.
