Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive at BG System, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, presenting our services effectively to potential clients, and supporting the growth of our business. This role is perfect for freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in business development and sales within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Present and promote BG System's IT services (website design & development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or final year students awaiting results).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry and digital services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the business development and sales field.
