About the Role:

Kamaal Zindagi Productions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at the early stage of their careers who are passionate about sales, client relations, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a basic understanding of business development processes, including lead generation, client outreach, and sales follow-ups. A professional approach to email communication and a keen willingness to learn in a competitive environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

* Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed business targets

* Draft professional emails for client outreach, follow-ups, and proposal sharing

* Maintain detailed and organized records of leads, interactions, and client feedback

Requirements:

* Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

* 0–6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in professional email writing and client correspondence

* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Fixed salary of ₹10,000.00 per month
