Job Description

We are a growing digital startup looking for a Business Development Executive who can handle the entire sales process – from lead generation to deal closure. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, pitching services, negotiations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients
  • Communicate with clients (calls, meetings, emails)
  • Present and pitch company services
  • Negotiate terms and close deals independently
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales / business development preferred (fresher with confidence can also apply)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, responsible, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working from office (Noida Sector-4)
