Location: A 27D, 5th Floor, Sector 16, Noida
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Up to 2 years in sales, marketing, or related field
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be actively engaging with clients, generating leads, and expanding the market presence of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the drive to achieve targets.
This role is suitable for candidates looking to build their career in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, and client outreach.
- Identify and approach potential clients for business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Report daily/weekly progress and share feedback from field activities.
- Promote brand awareness and represent the company at external events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Female candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and meet clients regularly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and result-oriented mindset.
