About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)

of experience in IT services and solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business, and building strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a fast-paced and flexible team in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels (email, cold calls, Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Generate leads, create business proposals, and pitch IT services effectively
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable technical solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Have experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong understanding of software/web development services
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus
  • Proficiency with sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS and tech products
  • Understanding of proposal writing and project estimation
