Job Title: Business Development Executive
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
