About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – HR Compliance with 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, ISO Audits, and Licensing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and be ready to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations policies, and company standards.
  • Entire Payroll Management
  • Manage and coordinate ISO audits and licensing requirements.
  • Data & Document preparation to full fill compliances
  • Communicate with government authorities and external agencies for statutory
  • compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to HR compliance and audits.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support grievance handling and employee relations activities.
  • Generate reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Business
  • Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, ISO Audits, and Licensing.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour laws and industrial regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.
  • Male candidates preferred (as per organizational requirement).
