Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes. Responsibilities include developing policies, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and managing talent development initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR management roles is highly desirable
