The Senior HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the organisation, ensuring smooth functioning of recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance frameworks.

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the organisation.
  • Lead recruitment for executive and mid-level positions.
  • Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve grievances.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Implement and update HR policies as required.
  • Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and HRMIS data accuracy.
  • Guide and supervise junior HR team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 5–10+ years HR experience, with mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
