Role & responsibilities

  • Operational Support & Process Execution

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks such as client/merchant onboarding, account updates, process adherence, and service tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality benchmarks.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Compile, analyse, and present operational metrics and reports.

  • Support decision-making by delivering data-driven insights with precision and accuracy.

  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal departments, and external partners to resolve queries and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Support internal escalation processes and maintain high client satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend automation or efficiency-enhancing changes.

  • Contribute to documentation, audits, and operational workflow enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), or Engineering (Industrial, Systems, or related disciplines).

  • Outstanding academic performance

  • Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (bonus: familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or MIS tools).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and under pressure.

  • Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship or part-time experience in operations, analytics, or client services.
