Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Mumbai. The Operations Associate will manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate with various departments, and ensure seamless efficiency within the company. Responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries, supporting analytical work, and maintaining effective communication across the organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage on-ground BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities. The role involves coordination, vendor management, execution, and monitoring of campaigns and activations to ensure smooth delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute BTL activations, events, roadshows, promotions, and brand experiences.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Handle logistics, manpower deployment, permissions, and material movement.

Monitor activities on-ground to ensure brand guidelines and client expectations are met.

Prepare execution reports, MIS, and post-activity documentation.

Ensure cost control, quality, and timely delivery of campaigns.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in BTL activations, events, or advertising operations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and travel for on-ground execution.
