Business Partnering activities:
- Support in DVC supplementary hiring and onboarding of NDVC employees
- Participate in meetings with workmen Committee on Canteen, transport and welfare
- Employee grievance redressal
- Employee engagement activities as per the drum beat calendar
- Headcount validation and reporting for Global ETO India perimeter
- MIS and analytics for HR for ETO India cluster
- Participation in KIC/ICFR/ Amazon/ IMS audits of the factory and support in closure of action points
- Driving One Voice participation and completion of Schneider Essentials and mandatory e-learnings among DVC workmen
- Support in statutory compliances of the factory
Time Office and payroll activities
- Time Office and leave management
- Generation of absenteeism report and sharing it with the Frontline Managers & Supervisors
- Payroll inputs for DVC and NDVC for central payroll team
- Attendance validation and validation of invoices of Contractors and putting up for approval for payment – Monthly
- Off boarding and full and final settlements of DVC & NDVC employees
- VDA revision incorporation in Talent link and updating in salary records
Annual activities
- Insurance enrolment of DVC (June ~ July)
- WESOP subscription of DVC (April ~ May)
- Income tax declaration of DVC employees (April ~ May)
- IT Proof submission of DVC employees (Dec ~ Jan)
- Distribution of uniforms for DVC workmen
- Annual wage revision calculation, validation, printing and distribution of increment letters and performance documents of all DVC employees
- Statutory bonus calculation and payment during Diwali
- Distribution of sweets and supporting in Vishwa Karma festivities in the factories
- Leave encashment
- Minimum wages revision for DVC Supplementary personnel – April
- Salary revision for Supplementary NDVC – April
