Business Partnering activities:

  1. Support in DVC supplementary hiring and onboarding of NDVC employees
  2. Participate in meetings with workmen Committee on Canteen, transport and welfare
  3. Employee grievance redressal
  4. Employee engagement activities as per the drum beat calendar
  5. Headcount validation and reporting for Global ETO India perimeter
  6. MIS and analytics for HR for ETO India cluster
  7. Participation in KIC/ICFR/ Amazon/ IMS audits of the factory and support in closure of action points
  8. Driving One Voice participation and completion of Schneider Essentials and mandatory e-learnings among DVC workmen
  9. Support in statutory compliances of the factory

Time Office and payroll activities

  1. Time Office and leave management
  2. Generation of absenteeism report and sharing it with the Frontline Managers & Supervisors
  3. Payroll inputs for DVC and NDVC for central payroll team
  4. Attendance validation and validation of invoices of Contractors and putting up for approval for payment – Monthly
  5. Off boarding and full and final settlements of DVC & NDVC employees
  6. VDA revision incorporation in Talent link and updating in salary records

Annual activities

  1. Insurance enrolment of DVC (June ~ July)
  2. WESOP subscription of DVC (April ~ May)
  3. Income tax declaration of DVC employees (April ~ May)
  4. IT Proof submission of DVC employees (Dec ~ Jan)
  5. Distribution of uniforms for DVC workmen
  6. Annual wage revision calculation, validation, printing and distribution of increment letters and performance documents of all DVC employees
  7. Statutory bonus calculation and payment during Diwali
  8. Distribution of sweets and supporting in Vishwa Karma festivities in the factories
  9. Leave encashment
  10. Minimum wages revision for DVC Supplementary personnel – April
  11. Salary revision for Supplementary NDVC – April
Any other activities assigned from time to time to provide exposure and experience in HR / IR related activities.
