Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin for our Vadodara location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, with a strong focus on leave management, attendance tracking, and overall office support. If you are a quick learner with a positive attitude and great organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track employee attendance and leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle daily office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and scheduling.
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
- Assist employees with any office-related queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Ensure timely communication with other departments to meet operational needs.
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong focus on leave management and attendance.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with HRMS or attendance management systems is a plus.
