Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & leave management, onboarding, and policy implementation. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update databases regularly.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate for payroll processing.
  • Draft and issue HR letters such as offer letters, warning letters, and notices.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including attendance and performance data.
  • Conduct exit formalities and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Odoo HR, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
