Candidate Preference

  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Prior work experience in
    small factory setups
    , managing both
    blue collar and white-collar employees
  • Staying within

Salary Range:
₹3.6–₹4.5 LPA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (blue & white collar)
  • Onboarding, documentation, induction & exit formalities
  • Attendance, payroll input management, overtime/short leave handling
  • Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH)
  • HR policy drafting & communication
  • Performance management (KRAs, appraisals, MIS reports)
  • Employee engagement initiatives (celebrations, team activities)
  • Grievance handling with maturity & confidentiality

Core HR Skills

  • Recruitment, payroll input preparation, compliance, performance management
  • HR policy drafting & implementation

Technical Skills

  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, payroll MIS)
