Role & responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Ensure the companys workforce has the right size, cost, and agility for the future
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Help employees deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
  • Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve business performance.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Analyse trends and metrics
  • To provide subject matter expertise to leadership team on building organizational capability through strategic planning and support for manpower planning, structure fulfilment, talent retention, performance management and culture building within the organization.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 10+ years of experience as plant HRBP role
  • Any graduate with MBA - HR, MHRM, MSW - HR
  • Has experience in stakeholder management and reviews
  • Presentation skills, interpersonal skills, people management
  • Ready to relocate to Vadodara or is from Vadodara
