Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment,

employee engagement, payroll management, and day-to-day administrative functions. You will play

a key role in strategizing and executing people management practices that support business goals

while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Strategize and execute HR initiatives to strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Support daily HR operations such as attendance, payroll, and leave management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and job portals for hiring requirements.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media and other channels.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or people management.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/software.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
