Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hr Executive (BPO Operation) located in Vadodara. The Hr Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, establishing and maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall human resources management. The position entails daily interaction with employees and management to address HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
  • Competence in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in BPO operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
