With 62 Food & Beverage outlets in major cities, the company serves over 200,000 Chinese meals per month at Mainland China alone. Both Mainland China and Oh Calcutta have received multiple awards for being India's best restaurants in their respective categories. Speciality Restaurants is supported by a strong team of around 3000 people and is set to open 30 new restaurants across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Captain, located in Mumbai. The Team Captain will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage and train staff, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Team Captain will also participate in inventory management, report generation, and work closely with management to implement new policies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in inventory management and report generation
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
