We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team at Shiv Sagar Restaurant & Resort Pvt. Ltd., with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and labor laws.
