Location: WTC, Kharadi, Pune – Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads and setting up qualified sales opportunities for the business development or sales team. Your role will involve researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and reaching out to them through email, phone, and LinkedIn. You will be the first point of contact in the sales funnel and play a crucial role in pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Roles & Responsibilities
-Prospect and identify potential clients within the defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) using tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Apollo, etc.
Initiate outbound communication via cold calls, cold emails, and social selling
Understand client pain points, business goals, and qualify them based on BANT/CHAMP criteria - Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions and activities in CRM tools(HubSpot/Salesforce)
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as number of calls/emails, qualified leads generated, and meetings booked
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B experience preferred) - Strong communication skills
– verbal and written (especially in crafting personalized outreach)
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
Familiarity with CRM tools(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms
Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
