Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara. The HR Recruiter will handle the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. The role involves managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring proper onboarding for the selected candidates. Maintaining candidate databases and building a network of potential recruits are key aspects of this position. The HR Recruiter will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workforce planning and effective talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, and referrals).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in database management and tracking recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR management software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
